If you use a private shuttle or group shuttle to get to the airport, obtain your rental phone from the driver. There is no fee for this service, but a tip may be appreciated. The driver may not be familiar with the usage of the phone so please read the instructions manual that accompanies your rental phone. |

If you use a private shuttle or group shuttle to get home from the airport, you can return your rental phone to the driver. There is no fee for this service. You can reserve this transportation before your trip or while you are in Japan. |
