● Get a phone before you leave the States
We will provide you with a phone before you leave the U.S., and you can use it upon your arrival of Japan. Our phone is ready to be picked up prior to your departure, so you can let your friends and business partners know your phone number.

● NTT docomo provides data service: i-Mode
The largest network in Japan will enable you to enjoy quality reception not only in the city district but also in the countryside. E-mail costs approximately 3¢ to 10¢ per message.

● With the lowest charge, we are still #1 in the industry
Usage charge: domestic call $0.60/min. (receiving is all free)
International call $0.75/min. (receiving is free)
Daily charge: $5.90/day ($2.95/day on and after the 11th day)

● Charge starts from the day you arrive in Japan
All charges will be applied from the day you arrive in Japan until the day before you return the phone. When returned via mail, we will charge you until the day before the postmarked date. We will send you an invoice via e-mail in the middle of the following month of your return to the States.

● Any technical questions ? No problem!
If you experience any technical difficulties, call our toll-free number. If you happen to receive a defected phone or charger, our Tokyo branch will dispatch a substitute phone immediately.

● It's much more economical than pay-phones
Also the other party can call you back in case you could not reach them. Remember! All incoming calls are free.

● A dollar insurance option offered
You are guaranteed security by applying to our insurance program which costs only $1/day. This covers all stolen, lost, and/or damaged cell phones with the deductible.

The following services started in June, 2009.

● Mobile to Mobile Family Plan
All telephone calls and E-mails between two or more cell-phones rented from us at the same time are free. (This service is a request-base.)

● Fixed charge system for data communications (i-mode)
E-mail and Internet services are available also with a fixed rate. It costs $10.00/day with a minimum requirement of a ten-day-charge. It is recommended especially to heavy internet users for this unlimited usages.

● The voice mail service fee is culculated by the number of days of your trip.
The voice mail service can be convenient while the power is off, and you are in the outside of Docomo service coverage. It only costs for 50 cents/day. You might retrieve the recorded important messages when you need.

● Now text messages available
When you don’t know the E-mail address of the receiving party’s cell-phone, a text message ($0.09/message) is a convenient way to send quick information. $0.90 per message for all international texting.
